I need some help with planning my meals. First of i have breakfast about 3 times a week and that's because the other four i am busy. I never have lunch apart from on Sunday but even then i don't eat much. Dinner i have al the time except Tuesday. The reason i don't have lunch is because the school lunches are quite unhealthy and do not taste nice! I am very busy so i have no time in the morning or the night before. My parent's work 8 till 5 shift so they cant do it and my sister is 7. I need help NOW i could continue like this but i know it is bad for me and when i get home from school the 10 minutes I'm not doing something i sank on a biscuit or a bun. I need help fast.
