Hi, your doing fine, are you measuring? Some times we don't notice the little changes and the scale is NOT our friend! The scale will lie to you the measuring tape will not lie! Don't get discouraged your body might be saying something like "OH NO WE WONT LOSE WEIGHT" but as long as you are eating healthy and exercising your body WILL lose weight weather it wants to or not! You can do this!!!

My stomach has reduced - however I need help. I work out 5 days a week booth camp style. I've been counting my calories for 2 weeks now and I really don't see any change in my body. I am discouraged.
