Increase your water intake, take a look at how much fiber you're eating. If it's not enough, maybe try boosting your diet with fiber rich foods or take a fiber supplement. The fiber that dissolves in water might be an option. If that isn't working for you, maybe work in a prune or two to your diet. That's an amazing natural laxative and they really don't taste that bad!
Are you drinking enough water and eating a lot of vegetables? You can make green smoothies - put two handfulls of leafy greens like spinach, two pieces of fruit and glass of water in a blender or nutribullet and blend well - it tastes very good, it's a great way to get more vegetables into your body AND it works very well against constipation!
I'm not sure if this may sound a bit disturbing to aime but I need help! Usually my metabolism is good but lately with the clean eating it seems as if it slowed down :/ At days I will be constipated and it is very uncomfortable. Any suggestions? I've tried green tea and nothing.
