The Sparkpeople site and experts do not encourage this weight loss plan or the use of such liver-detox pills. The Lyn Genet Plan has "many" aspects that are not backed by scientific research for ethical, appropriate and safe weight loss. This plan is a scam and a waste of your money and time.

Since this is the general nutrition board, you might have better luck asking on the team for this plan:

Writer, mother, wife, and breadwinner. I love to run, but running doesn't love me, so I'm switching to my low-impact bike.

I am new to The Plan and have a couple of questions. The liver detox pills I have say 1 pill 3 times a day. Do I only take the morning pill, 3 in the morning or one at each meal?
Do you have to add the lemon to your water, and only in the morning or all day?
