I am curious about what the better and healthier replacements are for sugar in different types of food/drink combinations.
I don't like the taste of Sweet and Low or Equal, Splenda doesn't really bother me, but I don't know how "good" it is for you. I also have tried Stevia in the Raw, and the taste of that didn't bother me either. I can deal with using things like honey or brown sugar, but are these things actually better for you?
I'd like to have something I can use in coffee, tea, yogurt, etc. to sweeten slightly. I don't really care if it is no calorie or all natural, I just want a healthy alternative. And please, please don't answer "just don't use anything at all." If that worked for me, I obviously would not be posting this inquiry. I need something to start with, and then to eventually cut more and more out until it is eliminated from my diet.
