I'm 5'6" and 28, aiming for 135 lbs. Nice healthy weight. But to be honest I would be happy for anywhere between 135-140.
If I were you I would aim for 125-130. That seems like a good and attainable weight range for that height.
As for getting there? Consistency, consistency, consistency...and then more consistency.
I've learned that the process of losing weight is not all that hard. You exercise, you eat right, the weight comes off. It's being consistent at doing those things that is hard.
I tend to do REALLY REALLY WELL for like three weeks, and then crash burn for a week or a month or two depending on how busy I am, then back to doing well. It's sticking with it that's hard, but if you do you will see results. Good luck!

I am here again. I lost weight before. But I did not maintain. I just got back to my old habits.
I am 164 lbs , 5'3 , and 30 years old. Do you think it is possible for me to get to 120lbs?
