I have found that I stay within a good 1200 - 1500 calorie diet with a good selection of lean chicken, vegetables, and limited fruits. Limited breads of most any kind and a serving or two of fat. If you go to the "start" page and look for settings - you can select a meal plan with in that range and then they can give you suggestions it is really wonderful.

Best of luck! We are here for support if you need us!

My doctor just put me on a 1300 calorie nutrtition plan
I am to have 30/30 grams carbs/protein per meal.
I need suggestions for SparkRecipes that would fall within this range. Any help is appreciated. Bev/Healthygrammy49
