I have found that I stay within a good 1200 - 1500 calorie diet with a good selection of lean chicken, vegetables, and limited fruits. Limited breads of most any kind and a serving or two of fat. If you go to the "start" page and look for settings - you can select a meal plan with in that range and then they can give you suggestions it is really wonderful.
