Thanks for the link for recipe calculator, didn't know about that one before ... did put it in, worked out great.

Search the Spark Recipes site for whole grain pancakes and add that to your tracker. It's better to guess and track than to skip tracking because you can't be precise.

Use the recipe calculator and specify the number your mix makes as the serving size, so if your mix makes 8 thin pancakes, type that in the right box and it will give you the calorie breakdown for 1 pancake = 1 serving.

Right now i have 2 ways: do i skip the BF in my Tracker today or do i sit here now for hours and hours to put every single part right in .... Ok, i made pancakes but not the usual ones everyone knows so i can not just put that one in ... my pancakes are done with whole grain flour instead white flour, non fat milk, NO sugar at all, some baking powder, a pinch salt and egg, in the pan with fat free olive oil spray and a mix of thin sliced fresh fruits in the dough while they still in the pan, i make them very thin - not thick as anyone usually know - so i can roll them for my kids with whatever is on ... i don't put anything on my own ones, just plain as they come out of the pan ... And now i have no clue at all what to put in for my own one pancake for BF *lol* (calories etc.) Is anyone top at nutritions to give me at least ca. numbers???
