Have you signed up for the diabetes plan? If so, you can choose to use Spark's meal plans, which will count your carbs and all other nutrients for you. You can substitute individual foods if it gives you something you don't like. To do that, go to your Nutrition page, put your cursor over Tracker Options and go to Change diet settings. If you're not on the diabetes plan - well, I tried finding how you can get on that, but I couldn't find it - sorry! Maybe if you post a question on one of the help boards, someone can help you with that.
