Sashalostit, it will happen. Patience is not one of my strong suits but that is what it takes. Try to remember that as long as your losing you are headed in the right direction.
It probably took years to put the weight on, so you really do need to be patient with it coming off. The longer it takes, the more likely it will be to stay off because you are getting those new eating habits really worked into your daily routine. Celebrate the small victories and keep track of how far you have come. I love to look at the SP reports on weight and measures over the past years and remind myself what an improvement I have made.

Hi everyone; im looking to loose some more weight, like everyone else i have a hard time doing so, i try to eat well but my weight comes off very slow, i do realize thats the way it should be but gets very frusterating, i can use all the help i can get, thanks,
