Go to "my Fitness" on the "My Trackers" tab
Right under the grey bar that says, "Strength Training" there is a darker grey bar
Click where it says, "Change Your Settings"
Click "I want to track my Strength Training"
Under "Select your strength training preference" select "I want SparkPeople to create a strength training program for me"
Select your schedule, duration and equipment and then hit the "save changes" button at the top or bottom of the page.
Sparkpeople will generate a program (exercises and schedule) for you.
