I suggest you invest in a Heart Rate Monitor. That will tell you your calorie burn.

Hello & Happy New Year
I was hoping someone can help me out.
I have started doing the Leslie Sanson Walking DVD 'S which are great for those who dont like to run ...but I am having a problem calculating how much I have burned
Example ; This morning I did her 2 Mile walk at a moderate pace with squats and jogging intervals was great and I was done within 35 min I do I know how much cal to log
