I never had a butt until I joined the Marines. All the craziness we did made me have a butt!!! Make sure you are using HEAVY weights for any leg work outs. Squats, lunges, even hiking - wear a pack that has all your supplies for more weight.
Squats: closed-legged squats, shoulder-width squats, wide squats, front squats.
Lunges: forward lunges, backward lunges, diagonal lunges (not across the body though, just step right foot out 45 degrees to your right front or back)
Deadlifts: normal deadlifts (YouTube Mark Rippetoe deadlift), sumo deadlifts, but NOT closed-legged deadlifts.

Tomorrow is my six month sparkversary - and I've had awesome success with weight loss and strength enhancement! But among all the weight I've lost, were all the inches that used to be my booty. Now, it is so small and flat. I don't know what exercises to do to target stronger, rounder bigger muscles there - I can't afford the Brazilian buttmaster's video. Any suggestions?
