We are definitely motivation for each other. You must learn to be easy on your self. learn to love yourself the way you would love someone else. Just do the best that you can and don't expect more from yourself than you would from anyone of us and you will be successful!! This is the best place to stay motivated. We are here for you!
You say you don't have motivation, yet here you are! I definitely agree with those saying start small. As far as motivation is concerned, it won't be so hard to keep going once you have a goal for yourself that you're passionate about. stick with it, small steps, and you won't want to stop!
So true! Just try one thing at a time. Track it and keep coming on here for information & support. It is a journey for sure!

Pick one thing and work on that. It's irrational to think that you can change everything in one fell swoop. So start with your eating. Maybe make it your goal to track everything for a week. Then you'll see where your deficiencies are and you can say, "Next week, I'll reduce the number of calories I eat by 200" or whatever is a reasonable goal. The week after that, you can aim to exercise 10 minutes 3 days a week. Small steps lead to big changes!
I have not been around in spark people since 2011 and it shows on my body! I feel that I have no motivation to lose weight. I say I want to lose weight, but maybe I really don't. I have gotten completely lazy and out of an exercise routine and the sky is the limit with whatever I want to eat. How do I get it back under control?
