Hi, I am just restarted my diet again. I can offer you one piece of advice that I hope will help. I don't know why you didn't lose weight this week, but don't give up on yourself. Next week maybe you will have a big weight loss. Think positive and hold on for next week. I have loss and gain the same weight too many times, all because I gave up on myself to easily! You are worth more than that number on the scale and I know you will succeed!

If you are doing everything right-exercise, tracking and drinking your water, the scale with catch up. Take those measurements. Are your clothes fitting different? There's more to it than the number on the scale.
