If it helps, make a list of things that are NECESSARY to do, and cross them off.

Just one step at a time - don't try to accomplish everything at once; or you'll be overwhelmed

Hi,

Take it one step at a time. Trying to focus too much on changing everything at one time can be a tad overwhelming. But when we focus on changing just a few things here and there, it seems more manageable and before your know it those things you worked on changing are now your new way of living.

I felt so full of bean this morning when I got up but now I just feel tried and ready to go back to bed. I have so much stuff I need to do today and I need to get my motivation back emoticon
