i used what it says on sparkpeople, unless it doesn't then i use the machine itself. Aren't heartrate monitors expensive?

Ditto Zorb, Bailey, how are you measuring how many calories you burn specifically? Might I suggest a heart rate monitor for a little more accuracy.

select 'enter my own exercise' - put in Arc Trainer or whatever you want to call it and 225 cals.

I used the Cybex 750a which is a lower body arc trainer (according to the website), i have no idea how to put this on my tracker and i burned (according to the cybex) 225 calories. Can anyone help?
