I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost 100 pounds! (Pictures on my blog linked below). You can have success too!

I have never had a weight problem, but in the last three years I have gained 25 pounds! What's up with that? I turned 40, so maybe that has something to do with it. Anyway, I have never had to diet, so I don't know how to start. I could really use some support and some tips.
