Could you fit it into your tracker?

Sometimes I crave McDonalds food and I have to put it off until a certain day to get it to fit. Then when that day comes I don't even want it.

If you think of it in terms of what do you need to do at the gym to work off that sundae you might just change your mind. Try to opt for fruit instead.

you certainly have a variety of cravings that you've posted.

while it's good to have variety, it's better to make that a variety of healthy foods, and not the processed ones, if you can

One other idea,

Try going to the grocery store and getting some low fat yogurt or ice cream, and see if they have reduced sugar caramel sauce- that way you can make a lower calorie version!

Good luck!

You and McDonald's need to break up!

LOL

Sometimes I crave something, and when I give in, it never tastes as good as I imagined it. also I look up the calories beforehand and figure out how long I'd have to run on the treadmill to burn that off, then I ask myself: is it worth it?

Also, I found my sugar and fast food cravings have all but gone away by staying away from diet soda/ (and regular) and not eating any "junk food" for 3 weeks, after that, I feel better.

Good luck!

Really as far as fast food ice cream goes, McD's is about the lowest calories/fat...so I say go ahead and have one! If you're craving it, it's just going to drive you crazy otherwise. Then get right back on track. emoticon

This is for me...

It is sooo yummylicious! And only available during the CNY (Chinese New Year) period! I'm actually also craving the chicken prosperity burger (also a CNY item) but I've decided not to push it, as it must be chock full of sodium......

I might walk to the nearby McD's for the sundae later or maybe I'll go to the mall later tonight. Sigh! But I want it like NOW!!!!!
