on the Nutrition page I (finally) looked at tracker options. Under tracker options it listed Show Meal Plans. Thank again for getting me started. Have a great day!

If you go to the Nutrition Tracker, and scroll right to the bottom of the page, you'll see several buttons on the lower right. Choose the one that says "Change Nutrition Goals". It will take you to the page where you can update what you track, and add the meal plans back in.
Does this help, or is there something else you need to know? Judi

I started tracking my food intake with the food already in the house. Now I would like to prepare to go on the Fast Break and I don't know how. I would like to access the food plan suggestions and the grocery list. I am probably missing something obvious but missing it I am. Thanks for any help you can give me. Best of health and good fortune to you all.
