I also have a craving, not so much for sweets, but Peanut Butter. I have been known to sit with a spoon and a jar and just enjoy it. I used to put 3 or 4 tsp of sugar in my coffee, I do not use any artificial sweeteners. I have occasionally used them and it tasted horrible. I bought organic unbleached sugar and slowly decreased the amount of sugar I use. I can go without sugar in my coffee now and I don't miss it. You could also try agave nectar. My daughter uses that and swears by it. Hope this helps.

Since using Stevia or other sugar substitutes for about 3 months, I have been craving sweets more often..I mean really sweet, I splurged on one candy bar yesterday for dessert and even it Wasn't sweet enough. I'm Not diabetic and using them because of the low or 0 calories to lose weight. Is this happening to anyone else or is it me?

If you can't envision sticking to a diet the rest of your life-then its Not a Good eating Plan.
