I have diligently been tracking my food intake (including sodium) and have not gone over my calorie range (1250-1500) since I started and have not lost for two weeks. I am getting frustrated. I religiously drink more than 8 - 8oz glasses of water daily. I walk at least a mile a day at work and then at least another mile after work. What on earth could I possibly be doing wrong??? The calorie deficit alone should have me losing at least a pound or two a week.
