Make an angel food cake , serve with lots of cut up strawberries and blueberries. Add some fat free or sugar free cool whip !

Lemon cake with Sprite Zero is fabulous. Start with about 1/2 cup, then just add to get the desired consistency of the batter. I'm really wanting to try chocolate cake or brownies made with Cherry Coke Zero. I also forgot, something I've done is mix Cool Whip with sugar free jello or that new icing flavoring stuff for the topping. I bet you could use fat free sugar free pussing, too. Add to the tub of topping until the flavor is right.

I had no idea that you can sub diet pop for the eggs and oil in cake mixes!!! That's a great tip! Thanks JENMC14!!

My SiL made this really yummy dip that was a box of confetti cake mix (just the mix), a tub of lite Cool Whip and a small container of nonfat vanilla yogurt. She served it with graham sticks. Not super healthy or anything, but not terrible, either.

You can substitute diet pop for the eggs and oil in cake mixes and brownie mixes as well.

Otherwise, what about a fruit pizza on a whole wheat pizza crust or lowfat croissant roll instead of the sugar cookies?

Or berries mixed with yogurt and Cool Whip for a refrehsing fruit salad.

Another idea, if you'll be indoors, would be a sundae bar of sorts. You can get light ice cream and fixings (make sure to include fresh fruit!) and it can be as healthy (or not) as anyone wants it!

Angel food cake with berries and cream and/or chocolate sauce would be nice as well.

So for father's day on my husbands side we all get together and bring a dish. I have been assigned to bring a dessert. Normally this would be no problem but with my new healthy lifestyle I am completely stumped. Any one have any good healthy dessert recipes??
