As long as your regular clothes fit, I wouldn't worry since your wedding dress size shouldn't be different from your regular clothes. Start taking your measurements and see if those are remaining the same; I'd be more concerned about measurements in terms of the dress fitting than weight.
I managed to gain some (make it a bit too much) weight between summer last year and this spring.I knew why very well. but what stunned me was that i only added inches to my upper body. So: bigger "girls", larger wait and also added a bit to the hips . All my clothes fit (some snugly over the "girls", like DUH). Have you kept any measurements? If so, grab a tape and measure again. You'll figure out in no time where you gained. Also, cut down on salt and simple carbs and up the cardio. Congrats!
Keep maintaining what you are eating if it is working. You may also want to add in some cardio several times a week to kick up your fat burning a notch or two. Also, remember to drink as much water as possible!
Hi everyone! I am getting married in three weeks...hurray!... but I am very nervous that I am not going to fit into my dress. I have put on 8 pounds in the last 2 months and cannot figure out why. My diet hasn't changed, I'm still doing yoga 3-4 times a week. My clothes still seem to fit just fine, so where is the weight going? I really need to drop at least 5 pounds. I can't starve myself because I have blood sugar problems. I was weighing 130 and would like to get down to at lest 133. Any advice on how to do this would be great!!!
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
