Since you are already at a healthy weight your weight loss will be slower. Nothing wrong with that, although it is frustrating. Taking measurements will probably be best for you. I measure my bust, waist, hips, and thighs once a month. Some months I haven't lost any weight, but I will have lost inches.

I would advise you to start strength training, if you aren't already. There are tonnes of benefits, including burning more calories while at rest. It also helps you to look awesome!

I would cut out all soda tea is not that bad as long as u don't use hardly any sugar.ur 147 pounds right and ur maybe a 1"-2" taller then me so ur healthy and its going to take you longer to lose more weight once u hit a certain point (everyone has a different point at which they lose weight slower).you could try eating less then 1500 cals a day but that could cause issues with some ppl..just be happy ur 147 pounds!

The first thing that jumped out on me is that you rely a lot on processed/boxed foods. These foods have tons of sodium. Too much sodium can cause you to retain water, and it'll show up on the scale. I've gone up as much as 4lbs in one day because of having a high sodium day before. So that might be something to work on...and you can add sodium as an additional nutrient to track.

Also like NSMANN mentioned, you're pretty close to a healthy weight already, so the weight will not come off that fast, especially eating 1500 calories a day.

You are already at a pretty healthy weight for your height so obviously your body is not going to want to lose more.

This is a confusing one.
How tall are you??
If you make your nutrition tracker public, we may be able to give more helpful tips. Let me know if you need the steps to do this.
Also...are you weighing and measuring every food and beverage you eat or drink??

How are you keeping track of your calories... are you tracking it either here on on a piece of paper, or are you just adding it up in your head? It could also be that 1500 calories is too much for you, hard to say since we don't know any of your stats (height, weight, age, etc)

Your body produces hormones when you go for very long without eating or not eating enough. These hormones stimulate growth so the average human being will not starve to death if they go for several days without eating. You might need to increase your metabolism by spreading your calories throughout the day.

I am 16 days into this I lost 2 pounds the first week and woke up this morning with that 2 pounds back on and no weight loss. I am eating under 1500 calories a day and getting a minimum of 40 minutes a day on the ellipitical 5 to 6 days a week. What do am I doing wrong. I just this week got up to my 8 glasses of water a day and am staying in recommended values on protein, fat, and carbs. HELP
