There is so much here to help you reach your goals and keep you motivated- one good way is joining a few Sparkteams and using the community boards to interact with others with goals similar to your own. So I thought I would introduce myself! I'm ali, a 21 year od male from the UK. I am on here to lose weight. I usually work in stone but I have worked out I would like to go from 92kgs to 70kgs by 8th august! I only started putting on weight when I left my parents home and just need to keep motivated. I have only been dieting for about 2 weeks, but I am loving my healthy new lifestyle. I haven't yet been excersizing due to snow, but soon! I might need you guys to keep me motivated!!! I live with my partner James and work as a youth worker which doesn't help with my routine keeping!
