thanks everyone for the encouragement~ I have started to track my food on here as well as my fitness- as much as we think we know what we eat- we really don't-
I have read a lot about Chia seeds and how they make you feel full and help to even out blood sugar levels as they inhibit carb digestion- what ever- I bought some and put them on my yogurt - I didnt notice any thing different- no maybe you dont feel it right away- to the gym tomorrow~

Your doing GREAT! You should do some measuring because the scale is not our friend and it will lie to us, the measuring tape does not lie! Good luck on your journey!

Good morning- ~ I am working on month 2! working out at the gym 3 days a week (4 hours on Saturdays) the scale is not moving so I am tracking on Sparkpeople. But I have seen tremendous progress in my stress level and energy! I finally found things at the gym that I like - zumba, spinning, and pilates!
