Thank you for the warm welcome, Im battling a cold so its been tough to do my normal work out routine, just 30 mins. of cardio and bland food, managed to make the antioxidant soup, and so much plain tea and water, wonder what my measurements are now :)

Keep up the good work.

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

Welcome! I like to run 5K's and 10K's, no marathons for me. I like to always have a race scheduled to keep me motivated and moving! I usually do 5-6 per year. Have you looked into the Couch 2 5K program? Also - Jeff Galloway has some great programs for marathon training!

Just joined and I am excited about my new program, I have been doing fitness for quite sometime now but very interested in running 5 k's and marathons. Looking forward to updates.
