Hi Phyllis, welcome to spark people, there is lots of support here. I've been with sparks for almost 8 weeks, and I just love it. I know what you mean about not losing weight. I'm 50 also and that's when it really got hard to lose weight. I was a weight watchers member and lost some weight but was always hungry. I found that I wasn't taking in enough calories, because you know everything goes by points. Anyway since SP I've lost 14 lbs and it is a lot easier than I thought.
Just hang in there and take one day at a time. I always make sure a track and get in some kind of exercise every day, maybe it will work for you too.
