I am new to SparkPeople and joined because I need to get out of my couch potato ways. I have gained about 50 pounds since I got married 8 years ago and had our daughter 3 years ago. I am now at my heaviest weight of 230 lbs. My goal is to lose at least 50-60 lbs and just be healthier and more active overall. I want to enjoy life as a family and get away from the T.V./Internet time more often. I have asthma and bad knees so hopefully both will improve as I start getting more fit.
