Hi everyone, I guess I'm kinda new to this site. I've had an account and browsed around here and there but never really 'active' . I live in NY with my 2 boys and I've been up and down with my weight for quite some time. I've realized that just eating right isn't enough lol. For the past couple months I've started walking/jogging as often as I can and have since started a muay thai cardio kickboxing class that kicks my A**. I expect to be in good shape rather quickly with this class lol. I'm not extremely overweight but I could use some toning and I'd like to meet some people who are also into fitness and taking care of themselves :)
