Hi. My name is Rebecca and I joined Spark People about a month ago. I have a total of 78 lbs. to lose. I do not just want to lose weight but become more fit for my family. I would like to be able to have the energy to involve myself in all of the outdoor activities that they do and not be to exhausted to keep up.
