I just wanted to say "HELLO"...I am new to sparkspeople. At the beginning of every week or sometimes every other day, I find myself starting over in my quest to lose weight and adopt a healthier lifestyle. I stumbled across sparkspeople and am so excited to get started. I am hopeful that taking advantage of some of the tips that I have seen here and the level of accountability will help me meet my weight loss goals.
