Hi my name is Michelle. I have two beautiful daughters and a wonderful husband however I have been gaining weight over the past 12 months :(.

It is time to do something about it as I will turn 40 in a couple of months and I REFUSE to be this unhappy with my body.

Hoping this is a BIG step in the right direction along with exercise and changes to my eating habits. Hold tight here I go......
