I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost 100 pounds! (Pictures on my blog linked below). You can have success too!

Hi. I am not new to Spark but am trying to get more focused on using the site to reach my goals. I lost 30 pounds several months ago and then stalled both because of some health issues and not trying too hard to keep losing. Fortunately, I have not regained any of the weight but it's time to get serious about losing again.
