emoticon Jackie! I, too, lost weight on WW- 160# and most of it came back. That was 20 years ago, this is now. I have actually learned how to eat and more importantly how to move with Sparkpeople. Add in the 24/7 support group and you can't beat it! When you have questions, ASK! That is why we are here. emoticon

Hi, my name is Jackie.
I am 50 this year and need to lose about 25 lbs.
I have done weight watchers in the past,with success but as the years have gone by I have put a bit of weight on.
I am feeling uncomfortable in my clothes and lack confidence when going out.
For every pound I lose I am going to put money in a jar so when I reach my target I will treat my self to a new wardrobe.
