Hello everyone. I am returning to sparkpeople after a very long absence. Several years ago I lost over 30 lbs with spark and then fell off the wagon. I'm back now ready to rededicate myself to being healthy once and for all. Since January I have lost 17lbs. I have a very busy life (wife, mother, work full time, full time grad student, and soccer/dance mom) and have made countless excuses to not take care of myself. I plan to stop that and so far I have done pretty well. I always appreciate any advice and motivation I can get and will give what I can to others on here.
