5 kids? Good on ya! Losing those extra pounds will make chasing after them that much easier. Stay motivated! Try replacing your tired-snack with healthier ones like grapes or carrot sticks. It's still something to munch on but has significantly less calories than potato chips or smothered popcorn.

This is my second attempt at loosing weight after having a fifth baby. I am ready this time. I know it is going to take work, and changing my habits. Avoiding snacking when i am tired is the hardest for me, but feeling good about myself is more important to me.
