Hi, Tara, and welcome to the mainstream of Spark People. I use the site daily to keep me focused. I also have taken my time here to really, really, really learn that this is NOT a diet but a life-long learning process. Staying slim and healthy is my goal rather than "sticking to a diet" until I reach goal weight. I hope you can really get the Spark program into your life - it helps a lot to move toward health and fitness! Spark ON!

Hi there,

I've been a member since 2010 when my doctor suggested this site, but dropped off almost immediately. My bad.

I'm getting back on the wagon now and am looking to get healthy. Hopefully that will include losing weight along with a stronger body.

Looking forward to talking to like-minded Spark People!
