Hi, my name is Lynda and I am new here. I have a great deal of weight to lose, and I am hoping to make connections with others. I struggle with depression every day. Overwhelming stress with family health issues, (cancer, parkinsons and alzheimers) has left me exhausted and deaing with anxiety attacks to the extent that I was required to leave my job. As a caregiver I need to learn to take care of my own health and address this weight issue. I look forward to getting to know you.
