Hi everyone. I found this site in a magazine and figured I give it a try. My goal is to lose about 30 pounds - 1 pound a week. I struggle with not knowing what I should eat and also in my opinion everything that is healthy doesn't taste very good. The weekends are especially hard as I'm out alot and eat fast food. I exercise six times a week so I know I have that under control - it's my eating habits that I need to work on. So far since the year started I've given up sodas and sweets during the week and I'm trying hard to cut down on fried foods. It's a pleasure meeting you all.
