Hi and congratulations on beginning your Spark journey!
There's so much here to help you along the way and excellent advice to setting and achieving healthy goals. With the thousands and thousands of fellow Sparkers you will always find someone you can connect with. I am always amazed how many lives have been changed for the better through the use of SparkPeople.
If you have not already done so, I suggest that you check out the videos in the "Healthy Lifestyle" section. Scroll down for the site orientation videos.
That should point you in the right direction. I find that if you just start looking around Spark, you will quickly learn about the wonderful tools available for your use. After being a Sparker since 2007, I still find something new and very useful.
I'm on my second go round with SP too. And like you, I don't know why I stopped! It's good to be back though. Welcome back! And there are new things to discover (like the cookbook).

Welcome to Spark. You have taken the first step on your journey by joining! I've been a member almost two years. I made fantastic progress and lost 100 pounds in the first year BUT I became careless about nutrition and exercise and have gained 30 back! I'm back using the nutrition and exercise trackers now - they are so important! Explore the site, make your Sparkpage, join teams, and make friends. Use the site daily and be consistent with your food tracking and exercise. Read the articles for information. Read member blogs for motivation and encouragement.
This is a fabulous site and if you rely on it daily and remain consistent with your program, you will achieve your goals.
Really looking forward to getting involved with this site again. I don't know why i left in the first place. Anyway i have restarted reading the spark and to be truthful i feel that i am getting a lot more from it this time around.
Anyway really hope to get to know a few off you over time and that i can contribute to this wonderful site.
