Welcome back. I got back in August, finally met my goal in November. I have since lost two more pounds and now I'm focused on maintaining.

Hello fellow Sparkers! I've been a member of Sparkpeople for 2 years now. I've had success loosing weight but not with maintaining the weight loss. I have made a goal for myself that this year not only will I lose the weight but I'll keep it off too! I am going to use Sparkpeople to help me meet this goal and I look forward to all the support from this website. I am 40 now and I have got to start staying healthy!
