Hello everyone, my name is Megan. I am almost 21 years old. I joined Spark People about a year ago, lost motivation instantly (As usual), and now I'm back! I knew exactly what my New Years resolution was going to be, and here I am. The first time I joined I was kind of overwhelmed with everything on this website. I was also working full time and going to college. I recently decided to put a few things on hold to get myself together, for the better. Why not take advantage of this free service???. :) ---I plan to take time to get to know each tool provided over the next couple days and then begin. I have roughly 120 pounds to lose and the motivation section is really getting me excited to start. My main goal for this year is to see some kind of positive result by my birthday in August. I cannot wait to meet lots of new people and to learn all of the tips I can from everyone else. Please feel free to add me as a friend if you would like to! I have found in the past that it is a lot easier to shed pounds when you have someone to look up to, and help you along the way. Happy sweating! (:
