Self talk and positive thinking works for me. Track food before consuming really helps too. Keep tracking and before you know it, it becomes a habit. :)

A long time ago, I had registered and I am back with the same goals. I am hoping to connect with others who strive for similar goals of mine including staying focus on your priorities. One of my priorities is to keep track of a food diary. Any tips thay anyone has to offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
