Thank you so much. It's only been a few days, but I'm enjoying it so far. I've been on My Fitness Pal for over 2 years so this IS an adjustment. emoticon

Thank you, Peggy, I definitely will, but right now i have other things I am concentrating on that take up all of my time .... especially studying to be a personal trainer and my ministries. I will make note of this and as soon as I get certified, I will check them out.

I was the Office Administrator / Marketing Coordinator for the Atlanta Regional Office of a large International Architecture and Engineering firm; however I recently took an early retirement. I am now a group fitness instructor for Healthways SilverSneakers. I am also studying to be a personal trainer. In addition, I am a licensed, ordained minister and am involved in various "ministries." Two years ago when I retired, I weighed 180 lbs and could barely get around. I still have weight to lose to get down to my goal of 125 lb. This is a life change and a journey for me. I am very serious about it. I want to be the very healthiest I can be!
