Hello Sunset! Welcome Back to the old trusty friend SP! That's how I see it! You can try other things, but in the end, this is how you have to eat for life and hold yourself accountable. Congratulations for finding your way back and with a positive attitude to boot!
Do not HOPE...Just Do it! When you say Hope...it means you are doubting yourself and giving yourself an excuse or way out...this program works because its not a diet! If you eat healthy and track your food and move more than you eat...you will reach your goals. :) so YOU WILL DO It...commit! When you are committed, NOTHING will stand in your way!

Just started with spark yesterday! Love this site, it offers everything I have been looking for in a weightloss program without having to shell out thousands of dollars and can be done from the comfort of my own home. I had been a member years ago but moved on to weight watchers and many other programs which worked but not for a permanent lifestyle change. I am hopeful that this program will be good for me since it has all the keys I need to succeed, such as meal planning, recipes, non-restrictive, motivational, and friends. Hoping to lose about 50 + pounds and succeed at keeping off!
