Thanks a lot for you welcome. Makes me feel already at home here :o) altough I have to do a lot of searching the site, the only problem is lack of time. My doggies take most of my time so pc has to wait for the remaining time....... if there is.

Hello and Welcome to Sparks!

Although each person has different goals, you're in great company here. The amount of support and community at Sparks is unlike any other website. (Trust me, I've tried them all!) emoticon

If there is any way that I can help you along your journey, just let me know! I'm always here for friends in need.

Irish smiles,

I have joined Sparkpeople a few days ago, so I am still searching my way on the site...... as I am "not" a young girl anymore
Think it was time to introduce myself. I am Nicole and I live with my husband Eric & my 20 dogs at the countryside in a little village in Belgium. My weight has been a problem since my childhood and now I am almost 58 yrs young. Most of the time I eat vegan and occasionally I would take a little peace of meat but not so very often. I was diagnosed with LupusSLE several years ago and since I eat very little meat as this works better for preventing inflamations and pain. Having so many dogs, I am rather an active person. Even for my dogs I prepare all the food myself no commercial food here. For those interested I have 16 Alaskan Malamutes and 4 Suomenlapinkoire.
