Go back to the basics, begin again! This program works, it is awesome! If you haven't read The Spark yet, I would recommend it! The book helps you to refocus on your whys, and what you want to accomplish, and how to get there. This site has such incredible resources! You can do it! Get some Sparkfriends, read their blogs, find a Spark Team or two that motivates you!
