Hello and welcome at Spark! I have heard before that too few calories might not yield the weight loss results since the body might go into starvation mode and try to hold on to the fat cells. That is a great question to ask a Spark Coach, though. There is a lot of help here, just browse around a bit.

New to SP...have used other sites and like them too....but here is a situation I need clarified....I am really afraid to eat the amount of calories they recommend 1200-1500...I am eating about 1000-1100......active everyday..either Zumba or gym....and I have not lost anything for at least a week or more......are more calories the answer?????
